What is my login/password?
If you are a current client your login will be your email address that we have on file. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" to reset it. If you don't have an email on file, you can set up an account by following the prompts.
What if I've never been to your studio, can I still book an appointment online?
Yes. Just follow the prompts to set up an account. If you don't have a Google or Facebook account, please call the Studio at (847) 443-0595 to get a login.
What happens if I book the wrong service?
When you arrive, the stylist will always make sure you are both on the same page of what you want. If what you want is not what you booked there will be a discussion to let you know what service can be provided in the time allotted.
What are your hours?
We are by appointment only. Our typical hours are: Tuesday: 9am-5pm Wednesday: 11am-6pm Thursday: 11am-6pm Friday: 9am-5pm Saturday: 11am-6pm CLOSED Sunday and Monday

Can I purchase product from you?
Yes. You can either come in to purchase or use the link on our products page to purchase and pick up in-store.
Why does your pricing say, "& up?" How much will I get charged?
The price listed is the starting price for that service. When you arrive, your stylist will consult with you based on your hair type and length along with the service requested and let you know if there will be an upcharge.
Why do I need to put a credit card in to book an appointment?
We require a credit card to reserve your appointment. We understand that sometimes schedules change, however, we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the time of your appointment, or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. We value your time, and we know you value ours.
Do you have gift cards available for purchase?
Yes. You can purchase a gift card online and send electronically to the recipient. For a physical card, please come see us at the Studio to purchase.
